Email and configuration

mail2.you does not provide a web inbox or manually read your email. Messages and attachments are processed automatically and temporarily written to disk for forwarding, then removed after processing. Delivered messages remain in Telegram, under its own retention and privacy rules. We retain the mailbox, expiry, domain-routing, and Telegram-delivery settings needed to operate the service.

Analytics

The public websites mail2.you, tgbox.io, and tgmailbox.com use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand usage and improve the service. These providers may collect technical usage data under their own privacy policies. We also record bot-start sources with Telegram user and update IDs to measure mailbox creation; these IDs and email contents are not sent to website analytics.
